  ➡As an ARE in the Mini and Micro division, I had to work under tight deadlines. I had to study micro-content book proposals and identify suitable avenues and come up with the author profile. The next task was to recruit the author and discuss the book idea, proposal or reviewing options with author. The core tasks remained Author Engagement and Social Media presence building activities. One way to do this was to interview renowned software developers who have written for Packt. My responsibility also involved research for new social media platforms and build upon the existing ones.Along with this I had to train freshers and mentor them in their new role.
