  In this internship, I learned valuable sales and management skills. I worked closely with the district manager and district sales manager to further my knowledge and gain experience in the field. I went on sales calls with multiple different sales reps and shadowed store managers to learn daily operations. Midwest Winner of the Summer Internship Project. In this project, three other interns and I had to come up with an idea to activate and accelerate Pro-Plus Accounts. Our group then had to implement our idea and gather data on the results. At the end of the summer, we presented our idea, data, and thoughts on the topic to a panel of judges, one of them being the President of Sherwin-Williams. Our presentation won 1st place out of all 31 midwest intern groups and will therefore be implemented in all Sherwin-Williams stores across the US. Show less
