She volunteers for countless projects and tasks, and goes above and beyond to make them successful and convenient for the department. Kristen can absolutely be counted on to do great work. She is currently being trained on ICYC and has gone through the training plan faster than anticipated. She instantly dove into this brand new (to her) program and has taken it seriously. She not only comes through with everything she takes on, but she does it with a smile, and often puts a smile on others' faces while doing it, as well.""Kristen is an ideal example of organization.
