Developed surveys, facilitated meetings to gather regional feedback, and made recommendations on national strategy. -Provided regional leadership as Chair of a 7-chapter work team that increased efficiency and effectiveness of key programs region-wide. -Developed volunteer-initiated program model to increase programming while reducing costs; pilot programs exceeded goals in attendance, client satisfaction, and expense reduction. -Primary author of successful grant application to fund further development and evaluation of volunteer-initiated program model.
