      Vacation Internship in Project Management, in a retail startup on board airplanes. The team I was assigned was responsible for analyzing consumer sales and behavior data from previous months and proposing new products for next month's magazine, which is the way products are released on airplanes. I had the opportunity to work at a startup in Dublin, Ireland. I believe that what I learned most from this experience is that I was exposed to different cultures, ways of thinking and to a collection of experiences that were very different from one another. In the company I had contact with Irish, English, German, Indian, Argentine and my biggest challenge was to create and develop ideas in such a multiple environment. I had the opportunity to follow leadership meetings and understand how the professionals do the analysis of this data and the proposal and vision of the future.Airlines: Aerlingus and Etihad.       - Led advertising initiatives for key clients: Lindt, ASICS, and CAMIL managed $3MM+ annual media investment- Spearheaded cross functional strategies with creation, insight, media, client service and content areas with creativity and storytelling in support of brand objectives, building strong campaigns, resulting in 33% increase in salary- Developed three strategies for CAMIL's initial brand book, mastering the market analysis and strategic brand survey for learning and communication. All was synthesized to create goals and positioning for individual brands- Created strategy, tagline, advertising actions and media plan around a hero product for Lindt's Easter campaign. Implemented multi-point consumer contact, capturing peak annual chocolate sales in Brazil resulting 25% of annual brand sales- Devised strategy campaign, tagline, events and media for launch of ASICS Nimbus 25. Selected to oversee a similar exercise for Luxury Division, brands of fragrance- Won a competition of 5 other agencies for Creators L'Oreal, growing DOJO's influence marketing and earning ~$5MM in paid media, resulted in an early promotion and granted a 50% increase in salary- Devised more than 20 the strategies for Brazilian marketing campaigns imported from all over the world. L'Oreal campaigns alone resulted in 36Bn impressions, 110MM clicks, and 20Bn views- Identified unique opportunities, trends and player analysis with consumer journey research. Neovadiol campaign could understand women during menopause building trust through open dialogue, 146MM impressions Show less - Orchestrated advertising initiatives for key clients: AWS Prime Video, Amazon Sell on, Havaianas and TCL- Collaborated in an 8-agency competition for Sell on Amazon (SOA), a creative proposal went live in 2022.
