Engg releases the specification but no action by procurement.  Familiarization with all stages of the project i.e. Engineering, Procurement and construction-commissioning , Mandatory spares handover . L4 level planning , cost control for each package , Supply Engg progress monitoring , Delay analysis and catch-up plan, Site erection sequence coordination for supplies and P&M for BOP area (Coal handling , Ash Handling ,ESP , Water & waste water treatment plant, Compressed air system , Fuel oil handling system , LP Piping & specialties) & Boiler. To develop Baseline L4 Level Package Schedules for above packages for effective monitoring To prepare Project MIS, Package monitoring reports, 3 months rolling plan and Progress Reports, cost control reports, budget control for Client, Sr. Management and internal reviews. Post-award Contracts Management including Kick off Meeting, Contract Review meetings, material expediting, follow-ups and coordination with vendors. Monitoring of extra claims from vendors, Price amendments. Identification of Critical Path and near critical path areas/activities causing delay in schedule and coordinate project/package review by Sr. Management. Follow-up with client for delayed drawings, MDCC , BBU , MQP approval. Monitoring of catch –up action plan to fill up gap between scheduled & achieved progress. Preparation and review of Project Risk register for monitoring of Project Risks and initiating mitigation plan.
