  As a Project Engineer it was my role to oversee the manufacture of parts from the raw material stage to final inspection. Within this position I was part of the production team and responsible for the following:- Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.- Defining project specifications by studying product design and customer requirements etc. - Creating project schedules by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.- Maintaining the project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.- Controlling project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes and recommending actions.- Preparing project status reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends and recommending actions to be taken.
