  Through my years with Securitas (formerly the Diebold Company of Canada) I acquired the knowledge necessary to perform as the security systems Subject Matter Expert. Reporting to the Service Manager, I was able to increase customer satisfaction, serve as the primary point of contact for customers across Canada and assist in the development of high quality customer service engineers.
