I developed and managed a multi-year training and exercise program for Executive Leadership and all employees. During times of emergencies, I established and managed the Emergency Operation Centers, serving to guide the Senior Executive Incident Commanders and staff as well as, serve on Unified Commands for the surrounding jurisdiction.
