  EM means Early Management. EM is one of the pillar in World Class Manufacturing (WCM). I am handling some investment projects as an Industrial Engineer to strengthen our factory production capacity through EM methodology which is called as Early Equipment Management (EEM). I joined Tetra Pak through Future Talent Progra (FTP). It's 18 months Program in which I got opportunity to work in different projects of Production Center Chakan. Also got short time rotation in different departments of Production Center which gave me the bigger picture understanding of how production supply chain works.
