Directly supervised the mentorship, development and assignment of personnel. Managed an annual assigned budget and inventory in excess of $2 Million. Provided critical research and analysis to Navy leadership in support of MH-60S Armed Helicopter Introduction, specifically developing an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to support the acquisition of a mid-range weapon system to support urgent warfighter requirements. Liaison to Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command during the development of Concept of Operations and weapon system analysis to support evolution in critical warfare areas. Developed critical technical data packages to obtain flight clearances for the incorporation of extensive crew served weapons systems on the MH-60S aircraft. Researched and developed executable options for critical interest Vertical Takeoff Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (VTUAV) operational concept evaluations.   Planned and communicated tactical network installation efforts with fleet customers to ensure cost, schedule and performance goals were met to achieve first pass yield for PMW 160 product line during IT deployment. Provided strategic planning and direct supervision to the Fleet Support Team to deliver quality in-service support for over 300 ships and 180,000 users to include performance monitoring, incident management and analysis of data for future IT improvements within the Navy's Tactical Network program.
