  As an SI Leader I was assigned a Math Professor to work with as an embedded tutoring during class. After class I held study sessions where I had to facilitate learning by working on different problems to try. It was up to me to come up with creative lesson plans, have enthusiasm, confidence, and have the dedication to being a team player. I had to bring people together to work together and I always had to answer a question with a question, to help students realize they always had it in them. As a Math tutor I would walk around the Math Center and help out anyone who needed it. Show less
