  Play Term 2023 Achievements: - Founded Divest & Reinvest Westminster.- Worked with other London-based schools to launch a Parliament petition on climate change, gaining 550 signatures.- Helped switch the school’s electricity supplier to a renewable one.Lent Term 2024 Achievements:- Incorporated environmental education. Into the school wellbeing curriculum- Met with the Bursar and members of the Investment Committee to discuss sustainable investment- Created Instagram reels to educate pupils about climate change. - Sustainability Society became Westminster's largest student-run society.- Westminster School officially sent no waste to landfill in 2023- Organised 2 whole-school addresses, 2 year-wide presentations, and 3 Society talks.Summer Term 2024 Achievements:- Changed Westminster School’s Travel Policy to include carbon offsetting on all flights. For long-haul flights, there will be an extra layer of scrutiny by the Senior Management Committee to reduce unnecessary flights.- Commissioned an environmental song for Sustainability Committee: ‘dreaming’ by JcTheArtist - Organised Westminster School’s 2024 Clothes Swap Week, raising £144.13 to the Octavian Foundation and donating 52 pieces of clothing to charity- Sent Sustainability Committee members to the 2024 Eton COP Conference- Attended CLSG’s Sustainable Investment Conference Show less
