  As a Project Management Officer (PMO) my activities include but are not limited to:-Project start-up and closure activities-Governance Documents/ PCRs preparation-Resource management –CEE CIC On/Off boarding-Cost Cases creation and submission-Account IDs/ Work Items monitoring-Forecast and planning vacations-Claim accuracy and labor reconciliations-Creation and maintenance of subcontractors POs-Billing and Invoicing activities-ICA setup and monitoring-Supplier invoicing accuracy.Additionally, I have been a SPOC (single point of contact) for Subcontractors and Suppliers (SSO) relations with our PMO Teams from CEE (Central Eastern Europe) centers, for over a year, and I am also in charge of the induction session for new colleagues that are joining, either new hires or colleagues from other departments that are changing their roles. Beside this, I am part of the Access User Management team from one of the projects from my portfolio, validating access requests, gathering the necessary approvals, when needed, making sure all the procedures are followed and everything is correctly documented for audit purposes. Due to those additional roles I had the opportunity to work closer with various departments and teams, such as Finance, Procurement, Workforce Management and DS&P, which helped me to have a better view over multiple processes and a better understanding of the procedures that we are using and creating.
