  I am honored to lead a team of Senior Instructional Designers who create a suite of Leadership Development programs. Our work supports leaders' onboarding and continued development throughout Retail and Customer Care teams. We customize our learning content to meet the needs of our internal and external customers and focus on multi-modal options to reach the greatest number of learners. We remove roadblocks for our customers and ensure we support their current and future needs.I have served multiple Design Teams, including:- New Hire Onboarding- Systems Training- Leader Onboarding- Leader Readiness Programs (go-to-market type of launches)- Leadership Development Show less As a secondary leader, I would spend most of my day on the sales floor. I would greet every customer walking into the store and identify what their needs were. After successfully handing off the customer to one of my associates, I would circulate the sales floor ensuring each customer was taken care of. After the customer would leave, I would complete coaching based on the customer interaction. There were even times I had the opportunity to coach in the moment and work side-by-side with the customer and associate.Working at the training store location for my district, I helped onboard many new hires. I enjoyed helping new hires absorb the company policies and procedures. I took time to answer their questions and help provide resources for their learning journey. Show less
