  Currently Working as Design and Planning Specialist RAN @ Nokia Solutions Networks India Pvt.Ltd Project1: Bharti Airtel -ROB CircleDuration: (Apr-2021 to till date)• Successfully delivered 8500 sites in L900 New Layer integration for Bharati Spectrum upgradation project within the stipulated time frame.• Successfully completed Bandwidth upgradation of additional 9400 LTE sites (in L1800) & 6800 sites (in L2100) & 236 Sites (in L2300) respectively.• PLMN level parameter audit (LMS /IFLB/IMLB/GPL etc.) according to golden standard parameter for removing discrepancies• RF – AT sign off accomplished from the customer/MSP for all the integrated nodes of with Quality and KPI assurance.• Implementing new parameter trials & features for improving overall network KPI’s.• Review meeting with customer on projected vs Achieved target to meeting project rollout target.Project2: BSNL-AP Circle PHASE VIII.4 PROJECTDuration: (Dec-2017 to Mar-2021)Project support as NPO Lead:• Managing Portfolio of End to End NPO related activities in BSNL Account.• 4G Initial Planning & 4G Roll out across Andhra Pradesh Circle.• Successfully carried out Multi-vendor Rollout (Nokia, ZTE, Huawei) and its KPI improvement in different technologies (GSM, UMTS & LTE) for BSNL-AP Phase VIII.4 project phase within the stipulated time frame. Implemented new parameter trials & features for improving overall network KPI’s.• Initial tuning & Optimization of network in different technologies with golden parameters and frequent audits.• Carried out GSM/UMTS/LTE RF Network Planning which includes Site Nominal, LAC/RAC Planning, TAC Planning, PCI/RSI Planning, PSC Planning, Cell ID Planning.• Site Planning and its related predictions (Coverage, Quality and Throughput) was done in PLANET MENTUM Planning Tool, ATTOLL Planning Tool and get Acceptance Clearance from customer.
