      In this position, not only do I take out crews of 2-5 individuals into the field to take care of trees, I maintain the equipment and vehicles of our Salt Lake yard. As a manager, I am responsible for directing the crews and I fill the vital role as teacher of advanced techniques to our climbers. In addition to instructing the crews, I still work at great heights either from an aerial lift or from climbing trees themselves using a variety of techniques and equipment for a large assortment of work orders, from crown thinning to clearance pruning, to cabling, to removal. Our company performs in all weather conditions in many different locations, from open fields, to waterways, to narrow alleyways between buildings in a cramped city. Show less
