General Purpose of my role is:- To be responsible for monitoring a wide range of contracts and services across the Safer and Stronger Communities remit such as Parking and Community Safety.- To be responsible for compiling and analysing performance data and presenting this effectively.The main duties and responsibilities are to:- Establish datasets and reporting systems across the Safer and Stronger Communities area and wider Directorate.- Monitor performance and provide analysis and recommendations to improve the quality of services provided or commissioned through the Safer and Stronger Communities area and wider Directorate.- Present information in an accessible way to a wide range of audiences in a range of formats including formal reports.- Maintain benchmarking information across reasonable comparators (e.g.London and local government) and identify best practice for the benefit of improving performance in Sutton.- Participate in and support business process re-engineering and systems change in the Safer and Stronger Communities area and wider Directorate.
