  I joined Flextronics as a Senior Developer with extensive knowledge in Java. I joined the Center of Excellence team which specialized in Webmethods CAF and worked with them for 2 years. During this period, I had created multiple common components that led to time saving of more than 50% for the deployment team. Some of the components that I built also ensured data security by managing data visibility for the support team per cycle.   In my previous company I had transitioned into roles focusing on Webmethods CAF and Oracle BPM with ease due to my Java knowledge. With the same ease, I moved into my current company to work on IBM MDM Advance Edition. I worked as a Lead with multiple clients including Deluxe Corporations, MN US, MoneyGram, MN US and several more. I have created and lead teams to create multiple components/ accelerators to aid developers ensure speedy development/debugging. As a Consulting Specialist, I have worked closely with clients to ensure end to end completion of projects. I have partnered with Business Analysts, source systems, downstream systems during the requirements face and worked with the Integration Testings, UAT to ensure successful deployments. I have also worked closely with Principals to help clients with pain areas and helped in providing optimum solutions.I have managed indirect reporting/ mentoring of multiple team members and ensured their good performance.
