      Responsible for the Integration and Installations of the Mission/Aircraft system on to the aircraft by working with System Designers to understand design requirements. The designs are than coordinated with the Modification teams to aid in the installation and checkout, plus working with the BCA Authorized Representative for the FAA to obtain Certification.

      Responsible for Tool Engineering Team and its support of the development activities and production line use/design of the tooling to enable the manufacturing of advanced structural composite parts for the 787, 777, & 737. Support the of development, design, stress, and liaison support of all tooling to support development, production (start up through production hardening) and knowledge transfer to off-load to other Boeing sites and suppliers. Responsible for Manufacturing and Tooling Plan that is used to support development testing, initial production startup and continues through production hardening and finally knowledge transfer as the parts are transitioned into the supply base for Advanced Structural Composites. Specializing in complex and emergent structural composites parts that often have compressed schedules to support critical program milestone and production rates. Responsible for the Integration and Installations of all aircraft system for the 787 Mid-Body LCPT by working with Partners (KHI, FHI, Alenia), Boeing Designers (Systems, EME, M&PT, Stress) to ensure all requirements are meet to obtain FAA Certification and to meet delivery and performance commitments. Responsible for the Integration and Installations of Mechanical/Hydraulics systems for entire aircraft working with all seven major partners
