IT department ranked #5 in 2009 (out of 189 organizations throughout US/Canada) for preparedness, efficiency, and sustainability. ● Transformed the IT department by overhauling the network, hiring additional staff, creating a helpdesk ticket system, expanding the server room, and establishing a disaster recovery plan. ● Grew network infrastructure 800% to include 22 servers with an alternate work/server location in Boynton Beach complete with server room buildout, new office, generator, servers, and battery backups.
