The program assisted repair technicians in finding and diagnosing production failures and verifying field failures.• Standardized a weight in motion controller system. Developed a configurable controller, which receives scanned products, determines weight tolerances, receives scale weights, sends a package label to printer, sends “apply label” output, and diverts to accept or reject lanes.• Developed embedded controller software for barcode scanning tunnel. Created a fully configurable system to receive barcode data from an array of up to 6 barcode scanners and transmit barcode data to a sortation controller with a transmission window of 15 milliseconds.
