In 2011, compressed air kaizen generated savings over seventy five thousand dollars and water Kaizen generated over fifty thousand dollars of savings.• Led cross-functional Teams for Water, Electricity, Starch, Nitrogen and Thermal to improve efficiencies by implementing tactics and updating Flight Plans regularly.• Prepared Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgeted at $6.5 million annual spend for Resource Conservation Units and implemented tactics to achieve forecasted savings.• Successful execution of several high level capital projects which positively impacted supply chain processes. One example is the Substation upgrade which resulted in successful installation of two 4000kVA transformers and Switchgears for the Cambridge Plant.
