  During my journey at Tu Mejor Amigo I designed and coordinated the execution of a business plan that facilitated scaling to 300 customers across Mexico and Argentina. Also, took a leading role in designing and developing the digital product, including mobile and web applications for dog walking, boarding, and related services. We raised over $200,000 USD from top VC firms like Platanus Ventures (best startup accelerator in LatAm) in February 2023, scaled the business and finally sold it to Cuida Mi Mascota, the largest pet service app in Mexico, a year later.
