  I was a contractual employee in Robi Axiata Ltd.Major Responsibility:  To ensure better health of manpower for better productivity. To reduce work related injury, discomfort to a minimum level. HSE tools customization, First Aid Box, Health Safety (Outdoor & Indoor Heath Safety, Equipment Safety), Environment Safety. To make the workplace safe and attractive. To maintain a good working environment by offering awareness on health, hygiene and safety among all associated with Robi. To ensure good health and safe procedures in all engineering services of Robi. Operate and maintain 24/7 days of Automated Security System like Fire System (i.e. Smoke Detectors, Fire panel, Fire Extinguisher), Water Pump System, Access Control, CCTV, DVR, NVR & LAN connection etc. Physical operate the Matrix V & Sure Site (Central Access Control & CCTV) software. Alarm monitoring and rectify to mail/message of all security systems. At present Robi Vigilance are monitoring 167 Access Control doors & 689 Cameras of 11 core sites, 26 WICs (Walk- In Centre), 12 Offices, 3 Warehouses, 1 Robi Recreation Club, 1 Robi Day Care and 45 Mini WICs around the country through Central Monitoring system (CMS). Monitoring Access Control System (ACS) & CCTV projects and assist concern vendor to integrate with CMS (Central Monitoring System) and also communicate with Robi IT department for IP, MAC and port issues. Provide the attendance logs to concern person or department wise as and when required. Assist Robi Safety department during Fire Drill or any Mock drill as and when required. Conduct daily and monthly inspection regarding automated security and safety system of Robi Axiata Limited. Investigate the incident or theft case through CCTV and Access Control System. Deal with Employee as well as foreign clients/ Axiata group personnel for their smooth access in Robi premises and also solve automated security problems. After finishing the induction training then provide the induction card.  To ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and confirm to OSJI JV concern as Safety Manager accordingly. Every Monday must attend to safety petrol with OSJI JV team and provide update timely. To ensure properly safety when cleaning the Batching Plant & Arrange the weekly meeting. To ensure health condition about Fire Fighting Device and First Aid Box.  Weekly & Monthly accommodation budget, Patty cash budget and other materials budget requisition must provide to authority concern by mail. Daily provide all employee attendance report and make a salary attendance report monthly and proper maintain the accommodation budget.
