      I led a multidisciplinary team of 6 people responsible for the design, coordination, and monitoring of local and regional research projects. Additionally, I implemented transformation processes within the organization to achieve cost and process efficiency, focusing teams on specific tasks. I also served as the main point of contact for commercial teams, designing projects with appropriate research and data collection standards based on client's needs. I was in charge of a service team of 8 people, responsible for commercial management and client satisfaction across various industries. This was achieved through tactical and strategic consulting, using structured analysis, storytelling, and the integration of different information sources to guide marketing decision-making. In this position, I was responsible for the development of 3 key accounts for the company with a team of 3 people. This involved an excellent understanding of client needs and creating winning proposals that addressed their main business challenges. Through this approach, I successfully executed various research studies, ensuring the highest level of client service. In this role, my main responsibilities included developing proposals, designing questionnaires, tracking project timelines, and conducting in-depth analysis for various clients of the company. Additionally, I was responsible for client relationship management and providing advice based on their needs. My main responsibilities included conducting quantitative studies and presenting results to different clients, as well as designing questionnaires and follow up to different execution processes such as timelines, coding, and data processing. In this role, I provided support to research executives in designing questionnaires, creating PowerPoint presentations, and analyzing reports. As a trainee, I began by supporting various business tasks, but I specifically focused on reviewing and tab data into PowerPoint.
