Included rezoning industrial site to residential, obtaining TDM plan, working with various city departments obtaining conditional use permits, and variances.▪ Completed grant applications for $7,980,897 in Low Income housing Tax Credits, $650,000 of Minnesota Housing RFP financing, and $700,000 of City of Minneapolis Affordable Housing Trust Fund for a 50 unit multi-family building.▪ Completed a $97,500 Funding Affordable Production ESIC grant for operation and management subsidy for the Development department.▪ Worked on projects of various scales and in different stages of development concurrently.▪ Assisted in the design of five single family homes, and completed the construction documents and specs for them.▪ Oversaw project management for 4 single family homes.▪ Developed design standards for multi-family development.
