      I am a Registered Dramatherapist and Arts Therapy Supervisor . I work with people on a range of issues including self confidence, creative approaches to wellbeing, changing life direction, relationships and mental health. Dramatherapy can include a range of creative techniques such as body work, creative writing, movement, mindfulness, art, storytelling,as well as drama and role play.
