  Coordination of all activities of the Information Systems Department of my organization. Perform general operations and maintain all Servers (Exchange, Sage 300 ERP, Antivirus, CRM, VPN Landing, and update servers), UPS, Stabilizers, Inverters, Cisco switches, firewalls in the data center etc. Manage and maintain all desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors and any other ICT appliance nationwide that belongs to the organization. Manage and maintain both LAN and WAN network of the organization. Manage and maintain all I.T consumables inventory and issue to issue same to users. Maintain all I.T. inventories of software and hardware belonging to the company. Monitor users to ensure Compliance with I.T. policies.
