  In this role I was required to assist in the accounts department and learn roles of several full time staff for when they went on leave. Tasks included: club treasury, bookkeeping, daily gaming data entry and organising functions. When no staff were away, or tasks were up to date, I spent the time learning other back of house programs that helped operate the club- such as till software, sound system etc. As club supervisors it was my responsibility to make sure floor staff were performing their duties and be available to assist when needed.
