Made inventory adjustments through COPICS on IBM 4381. Designed and developed spreadsheet applications in Lotus 123 to track statistical inventory cycle counts. Most PC related problems required my expertise for resolution. Trained over 25 users how to use spreadsheets and DOS utilities. Was primarily responsible for tracking manufacturing test lab results at Plant 1 on a module of the Titan IV missile, and reporting these findings on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Captured data directly from engineers and technicians in the testing labs. All data was tracked in dBASE III+, Lotus 123, and Flow Charting II+. Show less

Originally provided computer support for the Pershing Missiles Project Management Office for the U.S. Army MICOM. Provided technical support for PCs and LAN, cabling, troubleshooting and administration. Helped maintain data communications for the project office and six off-site buildings. Support included being on-call on a 24-hour basis in support of the INF Treaty. also provided programming services in database applications (FoxBASE+ and dBASE III+) and spreadsheet development (Lotus 123). The second contract was within Marshall Space Flight Center's Safety & Mission Assurance. Provided daily user support for all personnel on PC and Novell LAN problems. Fully designed, developed and implemented database applications and full-scale multi-user database management systems in FoxPro for PRC and NASA personnel. Responsible for hardware & software configuration, implementation, recommendations, and analysis for PCs and Novell LAN. Provided software training and technical PC troubleshooting. Show less

Managed 24/7 help desk contract with Presidium. All training responsibilities were shifted to a new position (Faculty Services Coordinator) in 2008. Was asked in 2009 to leave IT and form a new academic computing department with the Faculty Services Coordinator specifically designed to support distance education. Show less
