Most PC related problems required my expertise for resolution. Trained over 25 users how to use spreadsheets and DOS utilities. Was primarily responsible for tracking manufacturing test lab results at Plant 1 on a module of the Titan IV missile, and reporting these findings on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Fully designed, developed and implemented database applications and full-scale multi-user database management systems in FoxPro for PRC and NASA personnel. Managed 24/7 help desk contract with Presidium. All training responsibilities were shifted to a new position (Faculty Services Coordinator) in 2008.
