  The Rural Health Service Directory (RHSD) project was funded by the Department of Health & Ageing to improve the co-ordination of outreach services for remote indigenous communities in Cape York by developing a new online health services database. The project objective was to implement organisational change in-order to progress from a paper-based system to an electronic database, accessed via a new RHSD website. This involved upgrading information systems and changing the way data was recorded by administration staff across 22 different health services. In doing so, the project strengthened collaboration and co-ordination of health services and at a clinical level identified clearer referral pathways. Show less

  The PNG LNG project is a US$19 billion joint venture development managed by Esso Highlands Ltd (a subsidiary of ExxonMobil), that includes gas production and processing facilities in the Southern Highlands and Western Provinces of Papua New Guinea, including liquefaction and storage facilities (located northwest of Port Moresby on the Gulf of Papua) with capacity of 6.9 million tons per year. In line with International Financing Corporation’s (IFC) Performance Standards on Environmental & Social Sustainability, l managed a stakeholder engagement team to facilitate regular consultation and community engagement activities with five project impacted villages and co-ordinated community development projects.   Safety Administrator- Central Queensland Integrated Rail Project

  AECOM were contracted by a primary rail network operator in Queensland to complete an Environmental Impact Assessment for a proposed Central Queensland Integrated Rail Project. Due to the size of the Project study area, field staff had to travel to a number of remote locations to complete their environmental field investigations. My role involved providing project support and facilitating safety inductions with team members to ensure safety and risk mitigation planning was complete before and during field trips to ensure compliance with safety legislation and the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Plan guidelines.
