  1- Follow up on the implementation of general policies established to achieve the unit’s objectives.2- Follow up on the implementation of decisions issued by the Board of Directors.3- Propose the formation of unit committees and present it to the Board of Directors.4- Develop and follow up on the executive work plan for the unit’s activities, and follow up on the work of the unit’s committees.5- Coordination between the administration and the various departments and the Quality Assurance Unit to take action6- Corrective measures for performance evaluation reports.7- Meeting with the work team and committee officials in the unit and reviewing the submitted reports.8- Follow up on the completion of daily work and ensure its conformity with the unit’s work plan, coordinate between members of the executive team and the unit’s workers, and conduct the unit’s performance evaluation.9- Preparing reports on the activities carried out in the unit and presenting them to the Board of Directors10- Supervising the design of awareness campaigns to spread the culture of quality and how to apply it, and developing these campaigns according to the college’s needs.11- Participation in conferences, seminars, workshops and training courses in the field of quality and development in university education.12- Proposing the disbursement of rewards and incentives to employees and submitting them to the Dean of the College.13- Communicate with the scientific and administrative departments to conduct the executive work to complete the required documents, including reports and plans for achieving all accreditation standards.
