As Academy Manager at Notts County FC I achieved tremendous success in graduating 22 young players through the ranks to a 1st team appearance and signed Jack Bearne (at 9 years old) sold to Liverpool FC and Dong Da He sold to Wolverhampton Wanderers for substantial fees . I have worked with international FA's during World Cup qualification and helped a number of young players gain contracts with both league and non league clubs.
