A PWD seeking justice often suffers preventable additional stress conditions and aggravation of their other disabilities from the experience of litigation. Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 as of January of 2009 came to the courts unfunded and left the need for training to those willing to invest in training to qualify to ensure equal access for LWD's & PWD's. Certified advocates assist litigants who are properly diagnosed with disabilities. A Certified ADA Advocate uses the applicable law to protect the LWD by properly informing the court of any required accommodations. Putting to rest any suspicions that the LWD is malingering. Oct 2010 - Aug 2014
      Creator of What Food Why

From the idea of creating an easy to use and access application that would provide nutritional data on whole foods. I expanded the concept to create an application designed to provide information to users who can select foods, find nutritional data and create shopping lists that provide individual and total of nutritional values of the foods they select. Upon completing the project charter and management plan. I led International Virtual teams in three countries. Working with outsourced artists we created the look I designed for the web sites, data pages, and mobile applications. I performed all of the onsite and application copywriting. I performed the initial social media and social media set ups for the project, and worked on the initial marketing plan with a marketing firm. The applications efficiently create user specific nutritional value lists based upon their food and serving selections, and generate e-mailable shopping lists. After testing and approval, Apple rated the IPad and IPhone applications 4.5/5. The application is designed to be useful for anyone and allows people to find a healthier way to shop and eat and provides valuable information to anyone on any diet or dietary restrictions. The applications allow any person to make the wisest food choices based upon their own needs and preferences, and the restaurant, market and farmers market searches provide information on finding healthy, organic, and/or whole foods, vegan and vegetarian foods and may be used around the world. Currently (2016) applications are off the market undergoing additions of social media pages for foodies, whole food businesses and chefs and data base. Show less
