I strategically guided teams to align with the Agency's mission and objectives. I also played a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance, working collaboratively with other Directors and Associate Directors, and representing the Agency in negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.Additionally, I actively contributed to continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing and challenging processes as needed.
