Managed the Company’s extensive international intellectual property portfolio consisting of over 200 issued and pending patents, and over 150 registered and pending trademarks.● Assembled a high-performance product development team, drawing talent from three formerly-competing businesses as part of a multi-company acquisition. The team delivered multiple new products and product improvements that now contribute in excess of $10MM in annual revenues.● Designed and implemented a Stage-Gate product development process that leveraged internal and external cross-functional teams to improve decision-making, quality and speed of new product development projects. Gating process resulted in $500k capital investment avoidance by killing a project with a weak go-to-market business case.● Led a two-year, $1.5MM development program to successfully launch the ChamberMaxx product into a highly specification-driven and patent-protected engineering market. The product is now a patented, multi-million dollar product line.● Led cost-reduction effort on the Company's flagship filtration product, yielding more than $500k in annual material and labor savings.● Intellectual Property program delivered 38 U.S. patent applications and 19 U.S. patents issued in a five year period.
