A research component focused on the feasibility of a public transport service provider aiding the University’s facilities management in operating on of their routes to another nearby campus.

Conducting focus groups for a pilot bikeshare program to gauge and document user experiences and suggestions for possible future iterations of the project. Acting as an on-the-ground logistics liaison for a bus monitoring project between the University of Pretoria and Go Metro. Duties involved: - Acting as a communication medium between the University’s transportation facilities management, Go Metro and the bus drivers, and updating all parties on the project’s progress. - Planning project strategies and handling of logistical issues. - Training the drivers to use the Go Metro app. - Preparing extensive project reports and curating app training material.
