James was responsible for the supervising and training of 22 instructors, maintenance upkeep of 8 training simulators valued at over $13 million dollars, 4 composite tool kits valued at $1.2 million dollars, and maintenance of the training facility valued at $4.36 million dollars. He taught 1,100 hours to 64 maintenance personnel annually on courses that include AC/DC generation, refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics, diesel and turbine engines, and basic and advanced electronics/mechanics.
