  International Intern working within the Trust over an 11 month period. Worked in various departments including Human Resources, Event Management, Sport Development, Administration and Finance and Health and Welfare. The main tasks for the year included creating the company information package, building a strategic readiness tool for local sporting authorities to use and finally a research project into the state of mens health in the Canterbury (New Zealand) region.

  Managing the South West region of Gallowglass whilst working on the crew. The role encompassed a range of activities such as day to day management of the crew, interviewing and inducting new recruits, management of clients and resourcing/allocation of crewman per shift. Acting as the main point of contact for clients whilst working on site. Organising the crew and ensuring productivity levels are maintained throughout whilst working safely and effectively.
