  Initially performed site analysis for migration from a Banyan Vines to a Windows NT4 migration project. Upon completion, led a deployment team to migrate sites nationwide for GTE from the old system to the new, including data migration tasks, network driver updates, print mappings, and any other requirements needed to migrate users from their old network setups to the new network setups. Developed several migration techniques for sites with limited connectivity options.
