  Oversaw targeted marketing and outreach for Proctors and Capital Repertory Theaters. Organized approximately 5 volunteers for street team promotions of marketing materials throughout the region. Project managed live performance events, ensuring all functions were set and team was prepared and organized before event start time. Accomplishments:Directed and implemented the Marketing Internship program for high school and college students of diverse populations. Overseeing 10 to 15 students during my duration as Manager who successfully completed the program, participated in Key Private Bank Broadway series season announcements on the mainstage. I was involved in the process and outcome evaluation of students during this learning opportunity designed to give an in-depth focus on marketing and advertising strategies for Broadway and non-Broadway productions. The greatest impact was the hiring of three interns to full-time positions at Proctors.   Under the embracing umbrella of sole proprietorship Sara Hill Entertainment, I created, nurtured, programmed, populated, marketed, and co-produced the critically successful Gospel Jubilee concert series -- one of the most rewarding experiences in my professional career. Gospel Jubilee, in fact, has expanded to become the single, largest, and continuing Gospel celebration in New York State’s Capital Region.This annual event features a diverse lineup of soulful luminaries including the Jubilee Praise Dancers and Jubilee Mass Choir under the musical direction of Reverend Elgin Joseph Taylor Sr. of Albany. Through the Jubilee, talented creative groups unite in celebration of “everything Gospel” -- with powerful performing arts-driven community outreach punctuated by special recognition of regional civic and ecclesiastical leaders.   OGS Curatorial & Visitor Services Coordinator of outreach and special programs in conjunction with exhibitions on view in the New York State Vietnam Memorial Gallery, The Capitol, Empire State Plaza concourse and The Harlem State Office building Second Floor Gallery. Oversee and assist with the coordination and installation of the annual ESP K-8 Student Art and statewide Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Student Art & Essay exhibitions. As Event Coordinator with Team OGS Special Events, I oversaw the planning and production of the annual New York State Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Observance and Community Initiatives at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center and various meeting rooms. Today, I continue my role as Program Segment Coordinator with Team OGS Convention & Cultural Events and Digital Media Services developing ideas and coordinating inspiring segments for the statewide PBS broadcast in honor of Dr. King.
