This includes the fabrication of the steel frames, production of concrete and the production of the concrete sleepers using two production lines.2) Manage the entire maintenance of the concrete sleepers plant and all mobile equipment working at the plant.3) Manage the inventory of material and spares for the operations of the plant.4) Manage the budget for the operations of the plant.5) Manage the supply of bi-block concrete sleepers and rail hardware to the team responsible for the replacement of the wooden sleepers with the concrete sleepers.6) Manage a total workforce of about 130 local staff at the plant, which includes employees and contractors.7) Manage the replacement of wooden sleepers on the Transgabonais railway with bi-block concrete sleepers using SMD80 (Mechanical sleepers replacement). The work train comprises of two locomotives, passenger cars, wagons with spares for the SMD80, wagons with the concrete sleepers, SMD80, Wagons for small rail machines and rail hardware, box wagon for thermit welding material and machines; and ballast wagons.8) Manage a total workforce of about 160 staff for the replacement of sleepers on the railway.
