Manage and control the composition of loan contracts, ensuring their completeness and compliance with the Credit Committee decisions.Control the fulfillment of approval’s conditions in coordination with the specific Business Units, as well as for ensure that all appropriate documentation is attached.Manage the correct input in the core banking system of the respective terms and conditions and the disbursement of the loans. Manage the correct input of the collateral details in the core banking system according to the approval, re-evaluation procedure and insurance policies renewal.Provide specific information related to loans to the management, other units and Bank of Albania (Central Bank), through integrated reports. Maintain an electronic inventory in the form of a database and for physical archiving all the loans related documentation.Manage the correct input in the core banking system of the Credit/Debit card products accounting and reconciliation of the relevant general ledgers.
