  Requirement Analysis: Facing complex social issues such as severe aging within the Wufu community and urban-rural transitions, to effectively solve the living pain points of various user groups in the community, conducted in-depth interviews with five types of stakeholders: business owners, tenants, visitors, merchants, and property management. Detailed user personas and life scene problems were dissected to unearth their real needs. Through brainstorming sessions, prioritized various user problems and developed solutions, proposing the creation of a smart community comprehensive informational service APP.Competitive Research: Benchmarked against community and local service competitors like "Airbnb", "Meiguan Gong", "I Love Community", and "Palm Lianjia", analyzing and comparing target users, core functionalities, strengths, and weaknesses. This research refined product inspiration and provided reference for the design of the Wufu Community APP solution.Product Design: Organized core user journeys and primary issues to complete the APP's information architecture design. Planned from scratch the core functionalities such as real estate transactions, housing rentals, property services, promotional activities, and nearby navigation, supporting users to choose corresponding service modules based on different identities. Independently completed wireframes, interface interactions, and the design of prototypes and components, handing them over to the technical team to follow up on development progress. The APP is currently progressing steadily. Post-launch, it is expected to serve 4000+ community residents, assisting property management in increasing service efficiency by over 30% and generating an income increase of over 20%. Show less

  Multifunctional Time Management APP DesignRequirement Analysis: The blur between home and work in today’s busy life, coupled with chaotic time distribution and lack of communication among family members, often leads to tensions and conflicts. Based on these observations, proposed the development of a Family Time Management APP aimed at visualizing the schedules of all family members to foster mutual understanding and, consequently, improve family relations.Product Design: Mapped out typical user personas and user journeys to support individual time management. Utilized a visual dashboard for previewing members' schedules and marking common free time slots to encourage the planning of interactive time. Quick tags such as “Chatting,” “Shopping,” “Playing,” were introduced to facilitate the creation of communal activities. Leveraged reminders and other tools to assist users in better organizing their schedules, ultimately completing the wireframes and product prototypes independently.Testing Feedback: Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with target users by setting tasks to observe their demo operational processes and task completion rates. 80% of users successfully completed the tasks and showed keen interest in the APP, suggesting features like item sharing and event invitations to address related needs.
