  As a Sales Assistant, I work closely with 5 account managers for the Chicago Area sales team. I handle over 130 social accounts that have past due balances. I am in charge of contacting guests about their balances as well as making sure that we have all the final details in order for their cruise to run smoothly. My role also requires me to keep detailed notes on the different accounts so the account managers stay up to date on the progress I have made.
