  As lead tech, my goals are to provide leadership and support in the field, addressing any and all issues that may that arise, be it equipment malfunction, guest relations, or even the occasional snake.Specific duties are mostly horticultural in nature, but not limited too; general gardens maintenance and installation, plant illness identification and remediation, invasive/nuisance species remediation, irrigation alteration and repair, chemical prescription and application.Personally I strive not only to resolve arising issues, but to correct them at their source, eliminating future reoccurrence and lost productivity.
