  Developed a MATLAB post-processing script launched from an Excel Sheet which calculates the switching energy losses of IGBT devices using measured data from Double Pulse Tests. Then generates graphs that illustrate the waveforms' behavior and stores them in the same Excel sheets. This tool helped choosing the best IGBTs available between 3 manufacturers, guaranteeing energy savings of 18%.

  Statistically simulated and modeled the Measurement-Chain output performance and accuracy for a Battery Cell Controller IC.The model took into consideration the actual IC structure with the main sub-blocks to allow the assessment of the impact of each sub-system on the output performance.Improved the modeling method to better manage inter-correlated signals using Single Value Decomposition, increasing the statistical accuracy of the model so it can better mimic the variability of manufactured parts.The study was capable of prove that a specific sub-system was responsible for most of the outgoing noise from the Measurement-Chain.
