      Worked directly with the Program Director to create the monthly program schedule and break content. Selected Accomplishments:Increased productivity within TV Programming by researching, purchasing and implementing the use of TV traffic management software that standardized all reports needed by Master Control, easily manage all on-air inventory, including underwriting (funded spots), and numerically organized all local media.Invited by PBS to a committee to discuss how digital television would impact the traffic community.Responsible for the training of all new team employees.
