The project involves transformation in various process and legacy technology to new age software. It helps travelers/travel agents around the world to plan / book their travel needs by providing various booking option aggregated from various airlines and service provider. This project involved developing Hotel / Car / Airline contents & NDC capabilities. I was responsible for end-to-end delivery and also helped team to transform from Scrum/waterfall model to SAFe during my tenure with team.
